Zucchini pizza with meatballs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 4 sausages, or 400 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Wash the zucchini and grate it into a bowl. Finely dice the onion and add it. Season with nutmeg, pepper, and salt, then mix everything well. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Roll out the pizza dough. Spread the vegetables on top. Form the minced meat into balls or press it out of the bratwurst and spread it on the pizza. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
