Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sponge cake
- 1 jar sour cherry jam
- 1 jar morello cherries
- 250 ml cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- chocolate sprinkles
- eggnog
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Drain the fruit well. Spread the cake base generously, but not too thickly, with jam. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Then stir in 4-10 tablespoons of egg liqueur, depending on your taste, and spread the mixture over the base. Now place the fruit on top. Heat 6 tablespoons of jam and spread it over the cake with a spoon. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and refrigerate the emergency cake for at least 15-20 minutes.
