Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 head of endive, washed, patted dry, cut into strips
- 2 potatoes, peeled, boiled, finely mashed
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- some oil
- some vinegar
- some condensed milk
- some salt and pepper
- some fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix together the oil, vinegar, condensed milk, salt, pepper, and parsley to make a dressing. Stir in the potatoes and diced onions. Mix everything thoroughly and season to taste. Carefully fold in the endive.
