Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 8 small sausages (e.g. Nuremberg bratwurst)
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple – with sausages, bacon, tomatoes and fried egg

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages. Then remove the sausages from the pan and keep warm. Fry the bacon in the frying fat until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel. Then fry the eggs in the pan until fried. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and slice them. Arrange everything on plates and serve with toasted bread.
