Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 chicken legs
- 8 oranges
- 100 g honey
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 6 potatoes
Instructions

with oranges and honey
Peel 3 oranges and cut the flesh into small pieces. Slice 2 oranges with the peel on, and juice the remaining 3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and cover the bottom with the orange slices. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Melt the honey in a saucepan and mix with the cinnamon. Brush the chicken thighs with it and place them in the baking dish on top of the orange slices. Add the orange flesh and orange juice. Bake in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for 20 minutes. Then add the quartered, unpeeled potatoes and roast for another 30 minutes.
