Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • 120 g flour
  • 60 g butter or margarine
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 120 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chicken in Baileys sauce

Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and dust with flour on all sides. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Fry the chicken breast fillets until browned, then remove. Add the remaining flour to the pan and gradually stir in the chicken stock. Cook until the sauce thickens. Stir in Baileys and bring back to a boil briefly. Arrange the fillets on plates and drizzle with the sauce. Serve with spaetzle.
