Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • some ice cubes
  • 1 cl cherry brandy
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 2 cl gin
  • some soda water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Shake the ice, kirsch, lemon juice, simple syrup, and gin well in a shaker. Strain into a glass, add an ice cube, and top with soda water.
