Evi's light, quick wild garlic and ham noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 160 g whole wheat pasta
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 shallot(s) or onion
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 50 ml water
  • 250 ml milk
  • n. B. Wild garlic, fresh
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 15 g sour cream
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the onion, dice the ham, and finely chop the wild garlic. Heat butter in a nonstick pan, sauté the onion or shallot. Briefly sauté the ham, then dust with flour and deglaze with water. Reduce briefly, add milk, and simmer for at least 5 minutes. Cook the pasta until just al dente. Then toss with the sauce and simmer for about 1 more minute. Stir in the wild garlic and sour cream, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with grated cheese.
