Ingredients

  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 3 Mandarin segments (from the can)
  • 0,5 disc Pineapple from a can)
  • 0,5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 pinch Z-M-C salt (recipe from Raffaela1)
  • 1 tsp Orange syrup (own production)

Instructions

  • Mix the cream cheese with the orange syrup until smooth
  • Remove the pulp from the mandarin segments, cut the pineapple into very small pieces.
  • Add both together with the turmeric and the Z-M-C salt to the cream cheese and stir well - season to taste - done.
  • Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the photos of the preparation. But I will stop it afterwards as soon as I have made this spread the next time. For today I unfortunately only have one photo of my breakfast today, on which you can see the rest of the cream cheese.
  • The cream cheese tastes good not only on bread and rolls, but also as a dip with crackers or raw vegetable strips. I've already filled a sand cake with it. Was made very tasty.
