Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 large onion(s), finely diced
- 500 g turkey schnitzel
- 2 tbsp curry
- 100 g almond(s), chopped
- 3 tbsp raisins
- ¾ liter chicken broth
- Salt
- pepper
- 300 g rice
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 banana(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook rice in the chicken broth until tender. Heat margarine in a large, high-sided pan. Sauté the diced onion until translucent. Cut the turkey cutlets into thin strips, add them, and fry them vigorously. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with curry powder, sauté lightly, and mix well. Stir in the almonds, raisins, and coconut flakes. Add a little water if needed and season to taste. Peel the banana, slice it, and mix in. Add the rice and season again.
