Expert Tells How Long Boiled Eggs Can be Stored

Boiled eggs cannot be stored without a refrigerator for a long time. The expert named the shelf life of boiled eggs in the refrigerator and without it. According to Professor Larysa Bal-Pryrypko, boiled eggs at room temperature should be stored for no more than 12 hours.

“If we put boiled eggs on the table, the temperature should be +20…+25 degrees, so no more than 10-12 hours. It’s better to store them in the refrigerator and put them on the table – then you have 5-7 days,”.

Bal-Pryrypko also told us how long raw eggs can be stored. “You need to know that there are dietary eggs – they need to be eaten in 7 days, there are table eggs – they can be eaten in 25-28 days at room temperature. And chilled eggs can be stored in a cellar or refrigerator for 2-3 months,” the expert said.
