Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of corned beef
- 1.2 kg potatoes
- 2 onions
- 1 jar cucumber(s), sour
- 1 jar beetroot
- 6 eggs
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, finely chop the corned beef, onion, and cucumber. Sauté the diced onion in margarine and add the beef. Mashed the potatoes and mix with the beef and onions. Fold in the diced cucumber, season with a little pickle juice, and soften. Cook the eggs as fried eggs. Arrange the Labskaus on a plate, top with a fried egg, and add the beets.
