Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g beans, green (snap beans)
  • ½ liter red wine
  • ¼ liter vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • some salt
  • 3 tbsp Arrabiata spice mix
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 700 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Trim the beans and trim the ends. Cook them with the wine, vinegar, salt, the Arrabbiata mix, and the bay leaves over moderate heat until tender (the beans should still have a bite, but not too tender). Place the drained beans in jars along with the halved garlic cloves and the bay leaves. Cover with olive oil.
