  • ½ pack of falafel, e.g. B. from Alnatura
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g shepherd’s cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple and vegetarian

First, prepare the falafel according to the package instructions. Ideally, form balls with a diameter of 2-3 cm. For the honey mustard sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients together. Wash the arugula. Cut the tomatoes and feta cheese into small cubes. Heat the wraps briefly in a preheated oven or in the microwave. Be careful not to overcook them, or they will become difficult to roll and tear. Spread the warm wrap thinly with the spread and top with the tomato and feta cheese cubes. Halve the falafel balls and arrange them on the wrap as well. If desired, add the arugula and 1 tablespoon of the honey mustard sauce to the other ingredients. Finally, fold the wrap. To do this, first fold in the bottom end and then fold in both sides. Alternatively, corn or Parmesan cheese also go very well with it.
