Fan potatoes from the Airfryer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 sweet potatoes or potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 sprigs of oregano
  • 100 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the sweet potatoes and place them on a spoon. Then score them with a knife so they’re not cut through but still attached. Finely chop the garlic, thyme, and oregano and mix with salt and butter. Then melt everything. Mix the lemon juice, salt, and butter and melt them. Brush the potatoes with both butters and cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 25 minutes. Tip: This also works with regular potatoes; the cooking time will just be longer.
