Fancy Cookie Dough - Chocolates
- 125 g Butter, room temperature
- 50 g Raw cane sugar
- 50 g Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Milk, low in fat
- 175 g Wheat flour 405
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 5 Food colors (yellow, green, blue & red)
- Cocoa powder for rolling
Instructions
Fancy Cookie Dough - Chocolates
- Put butter at room temperature in a mixing bowl. Add both types of sugar and stir with a hand mixer until foamy. Add milk and mix in. Then add wheat flour and salt and mix again briefly.
- Then I divided the dough into four portions and added a drop of the food coloring to each. Then knead one after the other and put them back into the mixing bowl. Add a drop (red) and stir again.
- Shape the colorful raw cookie dough into small balls. Then fill the cocoa powder in a deep plate and roll the balls in it. Then in a bowl and serve.
