Oatmeal – Cookie Dough

The perfect oatmeal – cookie dough recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Oatmeal – Cookie Dough

  • 120 g Butter, room temperature
  • 70 g Raw cane sugar
  • 100 g Wheat flour 405
  • 70 g Oatmeal, hearty
  • 70 g Cinnamon powder
  • 70 g Salt
  • 70 g Fruit tea (edible) – chocolate banana
  • 1 Pair Chocolate drops (whole milk)

Oatmeal – Cookie Dough

  1. Put the butter at room temperature together with the raw cane sugar in a small bowl. Beat for a few minutes with a spoon with a hole or a hand mixer or a food processor. Then add wheat flour, crispy oat flakes, cinnamon & salt and mix everything together.
  2. Fold in the chocolate drops. Pour into one or more glasses and sprinkle with the edible fruit tea chocolate banana.
