Oatmeal – Cookie Dough
- 120 g Butter, room temperature
- 70 g Raw cane sugar
- 100 g Wheat flour 405
- 70 g Oatmeal, hearty
- 70 g Cinnamon powder
- 70 g Salt
- 70 g Fruit tea (edible) – chocolate banana
- 1 Pair Chocolate drops (whole milk)
Oatmeal – Cookie Dough
- Put the butter at room temperature together with the raw cane sugar in a small bowl. Beat for a few minutes with a spoon with a hole or a hand mixer or a food processor. Then add wheat flour, crispy oat flakes, cinnamon & salt and mix everything together.
- Fold in the chocolate drops. Pour into one or more glasses and sprinkle with the edible fruit tea chocolate banana.
