Fanta cake with peach sour cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 m.-sized eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 6 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 125 ml oil
  • 175 ml orange lemonade (e.g. Fanta)
  • Grease for the tray
  • 3 gr. can/n peach(s)
  • 600 g whipped cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 500 g sour cream or crème fraîche
  • n. B. cinnamon sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Beat the eggs, sugar, and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Add the oil and lemonade and stir in. Grease a 35 x 40 cm baking sheet. Spread the dough on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. Do the skewer test. Drain the peaches and cut into small pieces. Whip the cream until stiff, gradually adding the cream stabilizer and 3 sachets of vanilla sugar. Mix the sour cream and 2 sachets of vanilla sugar. Fold the cream into the sour cream and fold in the peach pieces. Spread the peach sour cream evenly over the cake. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, if desired.
