Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 cup of Fanta
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

The ingredients are enough for about 30 cakes.

First, combine the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs in a bowl and mix well. Next, add the oil and mix. Then, mix in the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the Fanta and mix in. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake at 175°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes. Then, let it cool and decorate as desired.
