Fanta slices with peach sour cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 6 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 150 ml Fanta
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 2 can/n peach(s), approx. 450 – 500 g
  • 600 ml cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 500 g sour cream
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix the eggs, sugar, and 1 sachet of vanilla sugar. Stir in the oil and Fanta. Mix the flour with the baking powder, add to the mixture, and mix to form a dough. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake at 160°C (fan oven), do not preheat, for 25 minutes. Let the cake cool on the baking sheet. Drain the peaches and cut into small pieces. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and 3 sachets of vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix the sour cream with the remaining vanilla sugar. Fold the peach pieces into the sour cream, then lightly fold in the cream. Now spread the mixture evenly onto the cake and finally sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Note: Depending on the size of the pieces, this will be enough for most people.
