Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of water
- 4 potatoes
- 1 bunch watercress
- Salt
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Watercress soup – simple way
Boil the raw grated potatoes in water, add a dash of olive oil, continue cooking, stir in the watercress leaves, season with salt and sprinkle with a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
