Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 1 cucumber(s) (farmer’s cucumber)
- 1 shot of whipped cream
- n. B. herbs, fresh
- Salt
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Peel the cucumbers and remove the insides. Then cut them into small pieces. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the vegetables. Deglaze with a little water. Season with salt and cook for a few minutes. Add the dash of cream and let it simmer briefly. Stir in the fresh herbs before serving. This dish tastes great with mashed potatoes.
