Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g sugar
  • 500 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • ¼ liter Sprite
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and easy

Combine all ingredients in a large (!) mixing bowl and mix for about 2-3 minutes until creamy. Then pour the batter onto a well-greased baking sheet and spread it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes. Tip: Serve garnished with icing and colorful sprinkles.
