Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 5 tomatoes (vine tomatoes)
- 3 spring onions
- 6 radishes
- 1 lettuce (romaine lettuce hearts)
- Yogurt dressing
- 1 pack of feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the bell pepper and spring onion into strips, dice the cucumber into small cubes. Remove the seeds from the vine tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Slice the radishes and tear the lettuce hearts into bite-sized pieces. Top with yogurt dressing and the diced cheese.
