Fast, Spicy Leftover Pan

The perfect fast, spicy leftover pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Nuremberg grilled sausages (rest!)
  • 200 g Meat sausage (rest!)
  • 2 Onions approx. 200 g
  • 3 Red onions approx. 150 g
  • 1 Yellow pepper approx. 150 g
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 10 Date tomatoes
  • Farmer’S bread and sunflower seed bread
  • Butter
  • Salt
  1. Cut Nuremberg sausages into rings. Cut the meat sausage into sticks. Peel, halve and slice the onions. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a large pan and stir-fry all the ingredients (Nuremberg sausages, meat sausage, onions and peppers) vigorously. Season with sweet paprika (1 teaspoon), mild curry powder (1 teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Serve the quick spicy leftover pan garnished with date tomatoes. Serve with bread, butter and salt.
