Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 1 m.-sized eggs
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Maggi
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Briefly sauté the ham cubes in a little oil, then add the onions and garlic and fry for 3-4 minutes. Remove the mixture from the fat with a slotted spoon and add it to the minced meat. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, and seasonings (except Maggi) to the mixture and mix well. Shape into meatballs of the desired size and fry in hot oil, sprinkling with a few drops of Maggi. Delicious cold or warm.
