Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp semolina or breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 600 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 5 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

low-fat and incredibly delicious, for 12 muffins

Combine the quark, eggs, and oil, then add the sugar, pudding powder, and semolina, and mix well. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25-30 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
