Fennel and apple salad with yogurt and sour cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small apple
  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • 1 stalk(s) chicory
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • some lemon juice
  • some Cremefine for cooking
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • some honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Remove the stems from the fennel and chicory. Remove the fennel leaves, chop finely, and place in a bowl. Finely slice the fennel and chicory. Wash the apple, remove the core, and dice it. Drizzle with lemon juice. Dice the cooked ham. Roughly chop the walnuts. Combine the yogurt, sour cream, Cremefine, and honey in a bowl, then pour over the salad and mix. Let it sit for about 20 minutes. Season to taste.
