Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 fennel
- 1 lemon(s), zest and juice
- 1 lime(s), zest and juice
- some vinegar
- some olive oil
- Cumin, whole
- dill
- n. B. Honey
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the fennel into fine strips. Season with salt and pepper. First, grind the cumin in a mortar and pestle, then add it to the fennel along with the vinegar and oil, honey, and chopped dill. Grate the zest of the lemon and lime and add it along with the juice. Then, knead everything vigorously with your hands.
