Fennel with Ajvar

The perfect fennel with ajvar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Fennel fresh
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 tbsp Chili oil
  • 1 tbsp Ajvar mild
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Cut the tuber without the stalk into small pieces. Cancel green.
  2. Peel the shallot and cut into rings.
  3. Fry the fennel and shallot in oil over medium heat.
  4. Mix in the Ajvar and continue frying.
  5. If the fennel is still too crunchy and there is a risk of burning: just add some water and let it boil.
  6. Season to taste with salt, pepper and dill tips, add the fennel greens, cut.
