Fennel with Ajvar
The perfect fennel with ajvar recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Fennel fresh
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tbsp Chili oil
- 1 tbsp Ajvar mild
- Dill
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Cut the tuber without the stalk into small pieces. Cancel green.
- Peel the shallot and cut into rings.
- Fry the fennel and shallot in oil over medium heat.
- Mix in the Ajvar and continue frying.
- If the fennel is still too crunchy and there is a risk of burning: just add some water and let it boil.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and dill tips, add the fennel greens, cut.
