Ingredients
 

Roasted almonds from the microwave

  • 200 g Almonds
  • 4 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water

Mediterranean meatballs

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 100 g Feta
  • 2 tbsp Ajvar
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Pc. Shallots
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic

Potato chips from the microwave

  • 1 Pc. Potato
  • 1 pinch Fleur de sel

Stuffed apple

  • 4 Pc. Belle de Boskoop Apples
  • 200 g Marzipan
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
  • 50 g Apricots dried, chopped
  • 30 g Almonds in pens
  • 1 tbsp Rum

Instructions
 

  • For the roasted almonds, stir the sugar with the water and let it melt in the microwave for 1 minute at 600 watts. Roll the almonds in liquid sugar and caramelize for about 2 minutes at 600 watts.
  • For the meatballs, chop the garlic and shallots and mix with the minced meat. Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix together ajvar, yoghurt, salt and pepper and add sugar to taste. Shape the finished minced meat mixture into balls and carefully press in the feta. Place the balls in a greased microwave-safe baking dish. In the microwave at 600 watts they are ready after about 6 minutes.
  • For the potato chips, peel a large potato and cut it into wafer-thin slices. Sprinkle with fleur de sel and place in the microwave for 6-7 minutes at 750 watts.
  • For the baked apples, cut out the core of the apple and carefully cut into the peel once all around. All ingredients are kneaded together and poured into the hollowed out apple. Then put the apples in the microwave at 600 watts for 2 minutes.
