Beef Rolls with Feta and Olive Filling
The perfect beef rolls with feta and olive filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Feta
- 150 g Black pitted olives
- 6 tbsp Tomato paste
- 0,5 bunch Parsley crispy fresh
- 4 Discs Beef Roulade
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 250 ml Dry red wine
- 250 ml Beef broth
- Mash the cheese with a fork. Drain the olives and cut into slices. Mix both with the tomato paste and parsley.
- Wash and dry the beef roulades and season with salt and pepper.
- Brush with the feta and olive mixture, roll up and fix with wooden skewers.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beef rolls in it on all sides for about 10 minutes.
- Pour the red wine and the beef stock, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the beef rolls with the sauce on plates. Serve with a herb and butter baguette.
