Feta Avissinia
The perfect feta avissinia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Feta
- 150 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 Pinches Sweet paprika
- 2 Pinches Mini spelled flatbreads
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Finely crumble the feta with a fork or with your hands. Then stir in the yogurt and the olive oil. DO NOT USE CHEAP FETA! You will notice that afterwards! 😀
- Divide the fat cream into 2 bowls. Sprinkle with Pul Biber and paprika powder! Sprinkle a little more with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes!
- There was also mini spelled flatbreads from my KB; with rosemary!
- If you take half of the recipe, it will also qualify as a starter!
