delicious snack or vegetarian part of a main course

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Brush a piece of aluminum foil with some of the olive oil. Place the feta cheese in the center. Thinly slice the tomato and onion and arrange them on the feta cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and paprika (sweet or hot, to your taste). Drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Wrap the feta cheese in the aluminum foil (a parcel) and cook on the oven rack (approx. 15 minutes). Serve with flatbread and a mixed salad, for example. It also works as a main course with rice, fries, or potatoes and salad. The aluminum parcel can also be placed on a charcoal grill (or similar). Double-wrap it if necessary.
