Feta cheese muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g sheep’s cheese
  • 75 g cream cheese
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine flour and baking powder. Crumble the feta cheese and mix with the cream cheese, yogurt, butter, egg, herbs, salt, and sugar, stirring thoroughly. Combine the mixture with the flour. Pour batter into greased muffin tins. Fill the tins only 3/4 full, as the batter will still rise. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25 minutes. Carefully remove from the tins and let cool on a wire rack.
