A small baking dish is enough for this amount. Place the feta cheese in the baking dish and mash it. Dice the bell pepper, tomato, and onion and add them. Peel and slice the garlic, and add it. Mix everything well and smooth it down. Thinly slice the jalapeño peppers and place them along the edge. Place a handful of olives in the center. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with pepper and oregano. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for about 20-30 minutes. I recommend tzatziki, preferably homemade, and white bread, pita bread, or flatbread from the grill. The salad is a great side dish and is best eaten while it’s still hot. It can also be eaten the next day and should be warmed up in the oven then. I use Greek produce because I prefer the flavor. I get it from wholesalers in large canisters or tins. But you can also get smaller quantities in Turkish markets.
