Greek pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 minute pork steaks, approx. 80 g each
  • 150 g pasta, short, e.g. B. Macaroni
  • 1 small bell pepper(s), red
  • 200 g cucumber(s)
  • 200g tzatziki
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp gyro seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse in cold water, and let it drain. Mix the gyro seasoning with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Pat the meat dry and marinate in the seasoning oil. Clean and wash the bell peppers and cut into small cubes. Wash the cucumber and slice thinly. Mix the tzatziki, vinegar, and milk together and season with salt and pepper. Mix the cooled pasta, bell peppers, and cucumber with the tzatziki sauce. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side. Then cut into strips and arrange on top of the pasta salad.
