Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g ham
- oil
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 3 tomatoes
- 250 g feta cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- Salt (tomato-mozzarella salt)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the ham slices into small pieces, and cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and feta into chunks. Briefly fry the ham in oil, add the tomatoes and cucumber. When everything is hot, stir in the eggs and add the mozzarella salt and feta. Melt the feta over low heat. This was a “must-use” meal, and I’m so excited about it that I now have it almost weekly.
