Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ bag of spaetzle
  • 50 g bacon
  • 300 g mixed vegetables, according to season and choice
  • n. B. cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

super quick and delicious

Cook the spaetzle according to the package instructions. Drain the water through a sieve. Meanwhile, dice the bacon and fry. Trim and chop the vegetables. Blanch and then rinse. Add to the pan with the bacon and cook. Stir in the cooked spaetzle and sprinkle with cheese. Cover briefly and let stand until the cheese has melted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
