  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 roll of topping dough
  • 1 tsp dill tips
  • pepper
  • Oil, neutral, for greasing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

for 24 small or 12 large muffins, party snack

Grease the muffin tins with neutral oil. Roll out the finished puff pastry and cut into 24 squares. Press one puff pastry square into each muffin tin. Ensure the edges are covered completely. The ends can stick out. In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Chop the smoked salmon and crumble the feta cheese. Add the salmon and feta to the eggs and stir in. Season with dill and plenty of pepper. Do not add salt, as the cheese is already very salty. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the mixture into each puff pastry case. Bake at 200°C with top/bottom heat for approx. 20-25 minutes. The instructions are for 24 small or 12 large muffins.
