Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
- 350 g feta cheese or shepherd’s cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- n. B. Herbs, Mediterranean, dried
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- n. B. Sesame for sprinkling
- Water for brushing

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
If you need something quick, make 12 pieces.
Unroll the puff pastry. Mash the feta cheese with a fork. Add the egg, herbs, salt, and pepper (if desired, the cheese is already salty!) and mix well. Spread it on the pastry sheet, leaving a free length for rolling. Brush the free piece with water and roll up from the filling side. Press the seam firmly with a fork. Cut the roll into 12 rolls, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
