Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 packs of feta cheese (150 g each)
- 2 packs of chilled crayfish (50 g each), or shrimp
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 pointed pepper, red
- 2 tbsp olives, black
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- some salt and pepper
- lots of olive oil
- possibly chili flakes or chili oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Saganaki with a difference
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Place the feta cheese in a suitable baking dish. Halve and slice the onion. Wash the zucchini and cut into small sticks. Wash, deseed, and slice the pointed peppers. Arrange the zucchini, peppers, and onion around the feta. Season with salt and pepper, and a little chili, if desired. Arrange the olives on top of the cheese and drizzle with olive oil. The vegetables should “bathe” in the oil. Place in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Then arrange the crayfish or shrimp on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
