Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (croissants or similar)
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 500 g squid(s)
- 500 g shrimp(s)
- 1 dl olive oil
- 750 ml fish stock
- Salt

Preheat the oven to 250°C. Fry the prawns in a pan with oil for a few minutes, then shell them. Boil the prawn heads and press them through a fine sieve. Set the cooking liquid aside. Brown the garlic, peppers, and squid in a paella pan (paellera), then add the pasta with some of the prawn liquid, stir, and sauté everything together. Add the remaining liquid and, if necessary, add more water. Finish cooking in the oven for 20 minutes, remove from the pan, top with the prawns, and serve.
