Fiery Thighs

- 500 g Chicken legs
- Paris pepper mix
- Harissa spice
- Oil
- Salt
- 1 piece Garlic fresh
- Butter
- Wash and dry the chicken legs
- Brush with oil on both sides and season with pepper and harissa. “” “No salt yet !!!!!!!!” “”
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Spread the chicken legs on a baking sheet with baking paper and distribute the garlic clove on the baking sheet (crush the clove beforehand)
- Put the legs in the oven and take them out after approx. 20 minutes and butter and salt the upper side a little.
- Put it back in the oven and after 10 minutes the legs are ready to eat.
