Wrap Mex

The perfect wrap mex recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Wraps
  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 1 Can Mexican corn mix
  • 2 piece Habanero chillies
  • 1 Can Kidney beans
  • 1 piece Yellow peppers
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • Peanut oil
  • Chili salt and lemon pepper
  • 200 g Salad
  • 4 piece Tomatoes
  1. Cut turkey breast into bite-sized pieces, add salt and pepper and briefly soak in oil
  1. Core and chop the chilli. ATTENTION: After cutting the chilli, WASH HANDS WITH SOAP !!!!!!
  1. Wash and chop the bell peppers, tomatoes and onions
  1. Fry the meat
  1. Pour all the ingredients into small glass bowls and spread them on the table
  1. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees and put the wraps in for about 2 minutes
  1. Fill and roll the wrap while it is warm.
  1. Wrap some aluminum paper at the end of the wrap. This prevents a little mess 🙂
