Fiery Tripod Goulash in Loaf of Bread
The perfect fiery tripod goulash in loaf of bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 6 Pc. Loaf
- 1,2 kg Beef fillet
- 5 Pc. Onion
- 4 Pc. Spring onions fresh
- 500 ml Beef stock
- 2 Pc. Hungarian paprika
- 2 Pc. Beefsteak tomatoes fresh
- 2 tbsp Herbs
- 2 Msp Pepper
- 2 Msp Goulash seasoning
- 15 drops Tabasco
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Pc. Lemon fruit juice
- 250 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
- Wash the beef, dice it and then sear it in a large pan or roasting pan. Before the gravy is completely reduced, add the onions and fry them with them. When everything is seared nicely, top up with the beef stock. Add all ingredients, except the creme fraiche, to the pan or roaster and simmer for a total of 2 hours.
- Then add the crème fraîche and season to taste again. Hollow out the loaves of bread and fill with the goulash. Finally, garnish with the cream and herbs and serve with the bread lid draped on the side of the bread. Garnish the plate with a wreath of herbs so that the loaf of bread lies in the wreath of herbs and makes a great visual impression.
