Sausage Goulash fiery

The perfect sausage goulash fiery recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Meat sausage simple / city sausage simple
  • 3 piece Fresh onions
  • 3 piece Peeled garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 tsp Meat extract
  • 2 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 100 g Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 tsp Green pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,125 liter Water
  1. Remove the skin from the sausage and cut into slices approx. 1/2 cm thick. Strip the onions and cut into rings. Peel the knofi, sprinkle with salt and mash it.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan with high heat and brown the sausage slices in it. Then briefly roast the onions and Knofi and add 1/8 l water and meat extract. Let simmer uncovered for approx. 10 minutes.
  3. Now add the tomato paste, paprika, salt and green pepper and simmer until a creamy sauce is formed. Season again, depending on the spiciness.
  4. You can also eat hearty country bread, baguette or boiled potatoes. Some also like rice with it. So it doesn’t matter. The main thing is that it tastes good!
