Sausage Goulash fiery
The perfect sausage goulash fiery recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Meat sausage simple / city sausage simple
- 3 piece Fresh onions
- 3 piece Peeled garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0,5 tsp Meat extract
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 100 g Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 tsp Green pepper
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,125 liter Water
- Remove the skin from the sausage and cut into slices approx. 1/2 cm thick. Strip the onions and cut into rings. Peel the knofi, sprinkle with salt and mash it.
- Heat the oil in a pan with high heat and brown the sausage slices in it. Then briefly roast the onions and Knofi and add 1/8 l water and meat extract. Let simmer uncovered for approx. 10 minutes.
- Now add the tomato paste, paprika, salt and green pepper and simmer until a creamy sauce is formed. Season again, depending on the spiciness.
- You can also eat hearty country bread, baguette or boiled potatoes. Some also like rice with it. So it doesn’t matter. The main thing is that it tastes good!
