Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g fig(s), dried
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 130 g gelling sugar 3:1
  • 100 ml mustard, medium hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes good with cheese

Chop the figs into small pieces and cook with the apple juice, covered, for about 10 minutes. Puree with a hand blender and let cool. Add the gelling sugar and mustard, bring to a boil briefly, then pour into small twist-off jars while still hot and turn the jars upside down for a few minutes.
