Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 figs, ripe fresh
- 5 tbsp hazelnuts, ground
- 5 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- some soy milk (soy drink)
- some cardamom
- some cinnamon
- some spice mix (speculoos spice)
- some margarine (Alsan)
- some almond(s), chopped
- some syrup (agave syrup)

Wash the figs, cut them deeply into a cross, and place them in a dish. Mix the hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and spices with a little soy milk until a firm mixture forms, then carefully fill the figs with it. Place a flake of margarine on each fig and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Arrange on plates and drizzle with a little agave syrup.
