Figs with chocolate and coconut filling

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 figs, ripe fresh
  • 5 tbsp hazelnuts, ground
  • 5 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • some soy milk (soy drink)
  • some cardamom
  • some cinnamon
  • some spice mix (speculoos spice)
  • some margarine (Alsan)
  • some almond(s), chopped
  • some syrup (agave syrup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan

Wash the figs, cut them deeply into a cross, and place them in a dish. Mix the hazelnuts, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and spices with a little soy milk until a firm mixture forms, then carefully fill the figs with it. Place a flake of margarine on each fig and sprinkle with chopped almonds. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Arrange on plates and drizzle with a little agave syrup.
