Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 4 gherkins
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes

Dice the eggs, gherkins, and cooked ham. Mix all ingredients except the baguette and season with salt and pepper. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, hollow out both halves, and fill with the mixture. Rejoin and wrap tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Let rest in the refrigerator overnight. Slice the baguette and serve. Tip: This filled baguette makes a great salad substitute for grilling.
